We are excited to have you stay at our mid-century ranch with a modern twist. Enjoy the professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Two bedrooms with original hardwood, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, large living room, and well stocked kitchen make up the main floor. Travel downstairs for two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room. Plenty of room to entertain inside and out.
Walk or bike to Old Town Loveland to enjoy restaurants, shopping, breweries, and live music. A beautiful 45 minute drive and you are in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fort Collins is a short 20 minute drive north or head south to Denver for big city amenities.

My wife Erin and I are local Realtors and Colorado transplants, moving here in 2007. We have two daughters who keep us busy. We love everything Colorado has to offer including skiing/snowboarding, camping, boating, craft beer, local eats, and live music.
